Kudan Group’s Scott Reinish represented WellDone Hospitality Inc., a division of OrganicLife LLC., in the lease at 100 West Monroe.
Jonas Falk and Justin Rolls, the duo behind the hospitality group, are teaming up with acclaimed James Beard Award winning Chef Roland Liccioni for their latest concept, a French brasserie.
The 6,000 square foot restaurant is set to open on the first floor of the future Hyatt Chicago The Loop. The brasserie will be open all day, serving French delicacies in the morning and traditionally inspired entrées in the evening.
Cochon Volant, French for flying pig, is slated for a January 2015 opening.
Kudan Group agent Adam Salamon recently negotiated the lease at 115-117 Grand Avenue in suburban Melrose Park. Salamon represented the landlord, North Shore Holdings Ltd., as well as, the new tenant. The former Ally Cat Lounge is located on busy Grand Avenue and features a patio with outdoor seating. Juniors Sports Bar, a casual tavern concept, is set to open this week.
