Kudan Group‘s Adam Salamon negotiated the lease at 1637-43 W. Howard Street in the Howard Theater Building. Salamon represented the landlord; CBRE’s Kim McGuire represented the tenant. A Sprint store will be opening in the 2,875 square foot end-cap later this Spring.
Salamon also facilitated the sale at 1300 E. Irving Park Road in Bensenville. The 12,000 square foot lot was formerly home to The Inn Between. Salamon represented the owner; Remax 1st’s John Wassinger represented the purchaser. O’Hare Auto Body, located next door at 1316 E. Irving Park Road, purchased the property and plans to expand their current operation.
