David Lund, Andy Manthei (AMK Properties), and Kevin Peck, investment specialists in KW Commercial’s Eagan, Minnesota, office, represented the seller, Lenny Enterprises II, L.L.P. They also secured the Buyer, Benedictine Health System, LLC in this transaction which closed for $1.2 million.
