KW Commercial closed the sale of Village Park at Plover, a 44,911-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Plover, Wisconsin, about five miles south of Stevens Point. The tenant roster features an assortment of retail, restaurants and general office tenants.
Matthew Klein, investment specialist in KW Commercial’s Eagan, Minnesota, office, represented the buyer, Amsden LLC, in this 1031 replacement transaction that sold for more than $3.5 million. The seller was represented by Jeff Rowlett with Marcus & Millichap.
