KW Commercial closed the sale of Plymouth Commons, a 164,036-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Plymouth, Wisconsin, about 15 miles west of Sheboygan. The tenant roster features Pick ‘n’ Save, Neat Repeats, Fantastic Sam’s and GNC. At closing the center was approximately 38 percent occupied.
Matthew Klein, investment specialist in KW Commercial’s Eagan office, represented the buyer, Plymouth Retail Partners, LLC in this transaction. The seller was represented by Jason Greenspan from Landmark Investment Sales.
