KW Commercial closed the sale of Birch Lake Professional Building at 1310 Highway 96, a 29,000-square-foot two-story office building just east of Interstate-35E along Highway 96 in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
David Lund and Andy Manthei, investment specialists in KW Commercial’s Eagan office, represented the buyer, Lenny Enterprises II, L.L.P in this 1031 Exchange transaction which sold for $3.2 million.
Birch Lake Professional Building has a roster of 28 tenants.
