KW Commercial has sold the Robin Center retail strip center at 4044-4152 Lakeland Ave. North in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
The center is anchored by Dollar Tree, CVS Pharmacy and Car-X and includes a mix of local, regional and national tenants.
Matthew Klein, investment specialist in KW Commercial’s Apple Valley office, represented the buyer, Robin Center Partners, LLC, in this transaction. The seller, Robin Center, LLP, was represented by Steven Nelson and Kyle Thompson with Hoyt Properties, along with Chet Masserano with Corporate Real Estate Brokers.
Robin Center consists of four buildings, the two original shopping center buildings plus two stand-alone buildings on the north and south ends of the shopping center.
