KW Commercial has sold the Heritage Centre Portfolio, a three-building office and retail portfolio in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Matthew Klein and Anthony Passanante, investment specialists in KW Commercial’s Apple Valley office, represented the buyer, Heritage Retail Partners, LLC, in this transaction, which closed for more than $5.078 million.
The seller was represented by Amy Senn, Bob Pounds, Tim Prinsen, Pete Tanis and Lori Pounds of the Minneapolis Capital Markets Group of Newmark.
This portfolio is comprised of three buildings: 2820 2nd Street South, 2835 W. St. Germain Street and 2801 W. St. Germain Street in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
