Andy Manthei and Matthew Klein, investment specialists in KW Commercial’s Apple Valley, Minnesota, office, represented the seller, Television Service Labs, Inc. They also secured the buyer, Metro Storage, LLC, in this transaction, which closed for an undisclosed amount.
