Kyle Peterson is the new president and chief executive officer of the Omaha office of Colliers International.
He succeeds outgoing president and chief executive officer Erik Wagner.
Peterson has directed the Omaha office’s brokerage department for the last two years.
“I have seen first hand his passion and respect for our employees and the industry as a whole,” Wagner said, in a written statement.
Wagner will remain with the company while assisting Peterson in the brokerage department.
During the last four years, Peterson has participated in more than $100 million worth of investment sales and leasing transactions.
