L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed a long-term lease agreement for a 38,361-square-foot industrial building at 51640 Quadrate Drive in Macomb Township, Michigan.
Morley Candy Makers entered into the lease and will be moving into the space.
Founded in 1919, Morley is based out of Clinton Township, Michigan, and markets the Sanders Confectionary line.
Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio of L. Mason Capitani represented the landlord, Quadrate Holdings.
