L. Mason Capitani represented Wellman Plastics Recycling in the lease of the company’s future sales office at 850 Stephenson Highway in Troy, Mich.
Wellman selected the building at the Robbins Executive Park because of its central location, which will make it easy for its majority auto-supplier customers to reach the company.
