L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of Bloomfield Center, an office building at 38505 Woodward Ave. in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, to LREH Michigan, LLC.
The 97,641-square-foot three-story office building is 100% occupied with long-term leases.

Liberty Property & Asset Management will provide property management services for the building.
