Troy, Mich.-based L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International brokered the sale of the Westridge Office Center in Farmington Hills, Mich., to California-based LSTC California, LLC.
The two-builing office complex was about 78-percent leased at the time of the sale.
Mason L. Capitani, executive vice president with the firm, represented both the buyer and the seller, Huntington National Bank, in this transaction. The property was listed and sold within one month. The property was originally listed for $1.38 million.
