L. Mason Capitani recently completed an industrial lease in Madison Heights, Mich., for Aero Communications, a telecommunications service firm.
Aero leased a 13,578-square-foot building to serve as a satellite location for the company’s Southeastern Michigan operatoins.
Garry Rogers of L. Mason Capitani, vice president of the company’s industrial division, represented the landlord in this transaction.
