L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of an industrial building at 51255 Oro Drive in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Jason E. Capitani and Joseph DePonio III represented both the seller, JMJ Investment Company, and the buyer, Michigan Architectural Millwork in this deal.
The 16,830-square-foot building will now be used for the production of doors, plywood moldings, hardwood boards and hardware.
The final sales price was not released, the asking price for the property was $1.05 million.
