L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of the 50,000-square-foot Harvard Office Building at 30665 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to LSTC California, LLC.
The building was 90 percent leased at the time of sale and is home to 12 tenants. This acquisition represents the 12th such office property acquired by LSTC in Michigan, all of which have been brokered by Mason L. Capitani.
The seller, Summit Harvard LLC, was also represented by Capiani and Al Shulin, both with L. Mason Capitani.
L. Mason Capitani will oversee leasing at the property. Liberty Property & Asset Management, sister company to L. Mason Capitani, will provide management services.
