L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International has assisted Daedong North America in purchasing a 6,122-square-foot industrial building located at 1265 Doris Road in Auburn Hills, Mich.
Daedong, NA works in the automotive-interior components industry.
The company is expanding its North American headquarters to accommodate its expanding staff.
Gary Grochowski, senior vice president of L. Mason Capitani, represented the purchaser in the transaction.
