L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed a long-term lease agreement for three industrial buildings in Shelby Township, Mich.
Century Plastics, Inc. is already located within the same campus, but has now signed a new lease and expanded into an additional on-site facility.
Century Plastics now occupies 300,000 square feet at the campus. The company specializes in interior trim and counsel components.
Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented the landlord, Phoenix Shelby Industrial, in this deal.
