L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed a long-term lease at a 75,000-square-foot industrial facility at 11969 Shelby Tech Drive in Shelby Township, Michigan.
The tenant, Polymer Process Development, will vacate two facilities and consolidate its operations in the Shelby Township location this summer.
Polymer Process Development specializes in glass encapsulation, injection molding, glass assembly, prototyping, 3D printing and finishing.
