L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International brokered the sale of the office building at 950 Stephenson Highway in Troy, Michigan.
Robert Gojcaj with L. Mason Capitani represented the buyer in its acquisition of the three-story office building encompassing about 70,000 square feet.
Amenities at the property include ample parking, on-site property management, day porter service, shared conference rooms, a shared common-area kitchen and a first-floor auditorium. The buyer plans to make cosmetic improvements throughout the building.
