L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International helped Special Tool & Engineering purchase two industrial buildings at 15585 Sturgeon and 29800 Calahan in Roseville, Mich.
Totaling about 35,000 square feet, the two buildings will complement Special Tool & Engineering’s headquarter operations in the neighboring city of Fraser.
Special is a supplier offering engineering, design and tool manufacturing.
Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented the company in both sale transactions.
