L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International has helped F.tech R&D North America of Troy, Ohio, expand its design and engineering division into the Wilshire Plaza West building in Troy, Mich.
Kelli Kalvinski and Gary Grochowski represented F.tech in its efforts to secure the new location, which it will move into in February of 2014.
F.tech focuses on the development, design, manufacturing and sales of automotive parts, dies and equipment.
