L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International assisted Engineering Design Services in its purchase of a 75,200-square-foot facility at 885 W. Entrance Drive in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The Rochester Hills-based company is retrofitting the building for its move this summer.
Previously operated as a data center, the building will undergo a transformation during the next several months.
EDSI is a supplier that has experience in robotic system engineering and design. The company is a manufacturer of components in robotic systems in paint, sealing and material handling.
