L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed the relocation of Marmo Meccanica NA to a larger facility at 1590 E. Highwood in Pontiac, Michigan.
The manufacturing company for high-quality granite fabricatino machinery was represented by Tom Jablonski with L. Mason Capitani. Jablonski also represented the seller.
Originally built in 1990, this 13,519-square-foot building offers overhead cranes and a flexible floorplan. The final sales price was not disclosed, but the asking price was $975,000.
