L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed a lease for a 33,750-square-foot industrial building in Sterling Heights, Mich.
Innovative Design Solutions leased the space at 6801 Fifteen Mile Road. The company, currently located in Troy, Mich., will move to its new space early in the second quarter of this year.
Innovative Design Solutions designs, develops and manufactures electronic systems for automotive, consumer and industrial applications.
