L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International facilitated in the leasing of 51280 Regency Center Drive in Macomb, Michigan.
The building was leased to MollerTech, which recently completed an expansion of its luxury automotive leather assembly division into a 65,106-square-foot newly built facility in Macomb, Michigan.
MollerTech is a division of the MollerGroup, which was founded in Germany in 1730.
The new location in Macomb will create more than 75 skilled labor jobs. MollerTech’s target ocucpancy date is March 1 of 2021.
