L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International has been named the exclusive leasing representative for the West Bloomfield Beaumont Medical Center at 6900 Orchard Lake Road in Bloomfield, Mich., and the Kirkwood Professional Plaza at 5500 Auto Club Drive in Dearborn, Mich.
Both properties are operated by Kirco Management Services LLC.
Mason L. Capitani and Gary Grochowski will handle all leasing efforts at the properties.
The West Bloomfield Beaumont Medical Center is a class-A full-service medical facility featuring a surgery center. The Kirkwood Professional Plaza is a class-A facility at the busy intersection of Ford Road and Southfield Freeway.
