L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of the Stoneridge II office building at 40950 Woodward Ave. in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Mason L. Capitani, managing partner with the firm, represented the buyer, LREH Michigan, LLC, in the acquisition.
The Class-A 110,000-square-foot office building was recently renovated and was completely leased at the time of sale.
L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will oversee all leasing efforts moving forward while the company’s affiliate, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will oversee all property management services.
