L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International sold a 133,000-square-foot industrial property at 33525-33545 Groesbeck Highway in Fraser, Mich., to Palmer Promotional Products.
Previously occupied by Continental Plastics, this facility will serve as Palmer’s new headquarters.
