L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of a 17,050-square-foot office property in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Retirement Resources Properties LLC purchased the property. The company plans to finish the building, which has never been completed from shell condition, to house its office operations. The final sales price was not disclosed.
The asking price for the property was $950,000.
