Moghul Foods has purchased the property and will move its operations from neighboring Troy, Michigan. Moghul Food Distributors specializes in South Asian and Middle Eastern foods.
Garry Rogers and Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani brokered the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
