L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International helped close the sale of the 28,364-square-foot, multi-tenant office building at 2250 Butterfield Drive in Troy, Michigan.
California-based LSTC Michigan, LLC purchased the building in the Detroit area. LSTC purchased sister office building 2150 Butterfield Drive in 2017. This is the 11th office property acquired by LSTC in Michigan.
Mason L. Capitani represented the buyer and the seller, Wilson Real Estate, in the transaction. Capitani will also oversee leasing for the new owner.
