L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of a 30,760-square-foot, multi-tenant office building at 2150 Butterfield Drive in Troy, Michigan.
The sale is the sixth such acquisition in the metro Detroit area by California-ased LSTC Michigan.
Mason L. Capitani represented the buyer and the seller, Wilson Real Estate II, LLC. He will also continue to oversee leasing at the property for the new owner under its new building name, Butterfield Park Place.
The final sales price of the building was not disclosed, but its askingg price was $3.995 million.
