L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of a 32,280-square-foot building at 19000 Fifteen Mile Road in Clinton Township, Mich., to Pneumatic Feed Service.
The asking price for the property was $1.04 million. The final sales price was not reported.
The new location will supplement Pneumatic Feed Service’s 45,000-square-foot factory in Roseville, Mich.
