L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently sold the Tech Arts office building at 165 Kirts Blvd. in Troy, Michigan.
Made up of of 33,092 square feet and originally built in 1986, the Tech Arts building was 86 percent leased at the time of sale. The final sales price was not released, but the building’s asking price was more than $3.65 million.
Mason L. Capitani represented the seller, Tech Arts LLC. Jason Capitani represented the buyer, Office Ventures Troy I, LLc.
L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will continue to oversee leasing at the property.
