L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed the sale of the 33,000-square-foot Berkshire Office Building at 31000 Lahser Road in Beverly Hills, Mich.
California-based LSTC Michigan, LLC purchased the property. The building is home to seven tenants.
