L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of the Woodcreek Office Center at 31275 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
The 60,200-square-foot, two-story office property was about 85 percent leased at the time of sale.
Mason L. Capitani represented the buyer, LREH Michigan, LLC, in the acquisition. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will oversee all leasing eforts. The company’s affiliate, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will oversee all property management services.
