L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of the 67,000-square-foot High Meadow office building at 2851 High Meadow Circle in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
This building is located in the Oakland Technology Park close to the FCA Technology Center. The multi-tenant building was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.
Mason L Capitani represented the buyer and seller. He will continue to oversee leasing at the facility. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International’s affiliate company, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will provide property management services.
