L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International has closed the sale of the 70,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building at 550 Stephenson Higwhay in Troy, Michigan.
Mason L. Capitani represented the purchaser, California-based LREH Michigan LLC, in the acquisition.
Recent renovations to the building include a “fast-track food service, electronic directy and new finishes in the restrooms and common corridors.
The building was about 97 percent leased at the time of sale. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will oversee all leasing efforts. The company’s affiliate, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will oversee property management services at the property.
