L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International closed the sale of an industrial and high-tech research park in Canton, Michigan.
Vail Holdings has acquired five buildings within the Haggerty II Corporate Park and about 10 acres of vacant land.
The industrial park is located off Haggerty Road, just northof Michigan Avenue, and is close to Interstate-274. Three of the buildings are income-producing with several years remainng on each lease. The two vacant buildings were recently built and are being offered for lease. Those buildings are 67,313 square feet and 46,384 square feet.
All five sites total 261,241 square feet. The sales price was not disclosed.
