L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International has sold two multi-tenant office buildings — known as the Hampton Professional Park — in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
The properties are located at 725 and 745 Barclay Circle.
Mason L. Capitani was the sole broker facilitating the transaction. The seller, Stutz-Pomeroy Associates, originally built the buildings in 1989. This acquisition marks the fifth office property in the Detroit area acquired by California-based LSTC, Michigan.
The two buildings total about 22,315 square feet. They were 94 percent leased at the time of the sale. The final sales price is not available, but the property’s asking price was $2 million.
