L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of the Coventry Place office development at 1621-1663 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan, to LSTC Michigan, LLC.
The building was completely leased to 23 tenants at the time of sale. This acquisition represents the 12th such office property acquired by LSTC in the state of Michigan, all of which have been brokered by Mason L. Capitani.
The seller, Summit Coventry LLC, was represented by Capitani and Al Shulin. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will continue to ovesee leasing at Coventry Place while property management services will be provided by L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International’s affiliate company, Liberty Property & Asset Management.
