A full renovation is now underway at Eugenie Terrace, an iconic apartment building in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Solomon Cordwell Buenz was enlisted for the renovation of the 44-story building, and has already completed 125 apartments. All 575 apartments will be completed by the spring of 2020.

“When looking for the perfect home in the city, often times you need to sacrifice some element—maybe the brand new building isn’t in the most desirable location, or it’s a great location with an older product,” said Sara Alvey, Eugenie Terrace executive manager. “With these new renovations, we’re introducing a product that is as beautiful as its surroundings.”

All renovated apartment homes now feature plank flooring throughout, gourmet kitchens and new bathrooms. Select floor plans offer dual sinks, chef islands and private balconies. These upgrades enhance the building’s floor-to-ceiling bay windows, panoramic lake and skyline views, generous square footage and robust amenity package.

Eugenie Terrace’s amenity spaces are located on the 44th floor and include a rooftop sky deck, resort-class swimming pool, Weber outdoor kitchen and two levels of lounge seating, penthouse sky lounge, private event demonstration kitchen, multiple entertaining areas, complimentary coffee & espresso bar, 3,000-square-foot fitness center, yoga studio and executive business center.
