Landmark Partners has hired industry veteran Noel Rolle to its property management division as senior property manager. Rolle has over thirty years’ experience in the property management industry and is accredited for overseeing the operations, maintenance, renovations and enhancement of nearly 3 million square feet of governmental, commercial, hotel and conference properties, as well as over 850 acres of land throughout Illinois.
Rolle’s extensive experience includes preparing and managing operating budgets and capital expenditures up to $8 million and successfully implementing and superving energy management and preventative maintenance programs. He has trained and supervised over 110 maintenance, grounds, HVAC, security, and custodial staff and has been involved in numerous construction projects and renovations ranging from $3 to $30 million. Rolle also assisted in the development of a 10-year municipal master plan which earned the distinguished Accredited Agency Award.
