Copley Memorial Hospital Inc. (Rush-Copley) purchased an entire floor of office condominiums totaling 21,355 square feet at the Waterford Professional Center in Aurora. Leo Liakatas, President of Landmark Partners represented the seller, Union National Bank, and Rush-Copley represented themselves.
This transaction has triggered a significant increase in medical interest for Waterford’s campus located at 1256 Waterford Drive in Aurora, says Leo Liakatas. Union National Bank’s Jill Markowski commented that this sizable purchase by such a well respected organization within the healthcare industry will insure building’s continued success and consistent property values for all it’s owners.
