Trip McDonough, senior broker with Landmark Partners, recently provided buyer represntation to Fredricksen Fire Equipment Company for the purchase of 555 Pond Drive in Wood Dale, Ill.
The 23,613-square-foot flex industrial building will serve as the company’s newest headquarters.
An additional 1.72-acre parcel was also purchased for the company’s future expansion plans.
