Landmark Partners Commercial Real Estate recently closed three transactions in the Chicago market, totaling 41,514 square feet. The two office and one industrial deals occurred in Schaumburg, Mundelein and Wheaton, Illinois.
Landmark senior vice president, Tom Turk, and vice president, Ron Roberti, provided tenant representation to Hyperquest | Solera. The software firm is relocating their Chicagoland headquarters to Schaumburg Towers, a Class A property comprised of two 21-story office buildings at 1450 American Lane in Schaumburg. Hyperquest | Solera leased 21,766 square feet.
Roberti also leased 12,600 square feet to Venture Athletics at 204 S. Shaddle Avenue in Mundelein. The all-brick industrial building includes a 3,600-square-foot office space, oversized drive-in door, double recessed docks, 20-foot ceiling heights, conference room and additional mezzanine storage.
Finally, Landmark vice president Trip McDonough sold a 7,148-square-foot office condominium in the Wheaton Professional Center to Timothy Financial Counsel at 104 E. Roosevelt Road in Wheaton. The two-story, brick and reflective glass professional building features elevator service and a glass atrium.
