The two office and one industrial deals occurred in Schaumburg, Mundelein and Wheaton, Illinois. Landmark senior vice president, Tom Turk, and vice president, Ron Roberti, provided tenant representation to Hyperquest | Solera. The software firm is relocating their Chicagoland headquarters to Schaumburg Towers, a Class A property comprised of two 21-story office buildings at 1450 American Lane in Schaumburg. Hyperquest | Solera leased 21,766 square feet. Roberti also leased 12,600 square feet to Venture Athletics at 204 S. Shaddle Avenue in Mundelein. The all-brick industrial building includes a 3,600-square-foot office space, oversized drive-in door, double recessed docks, 20-foot ceiling heights, conference room and additional mezzanine storage. Finally, Landmark vice president Trip McDonough sold a 7,148-square-foot office condominium in the Wheaton Professional Center to Timothy Financial Counsel at 104 E. Roosevelt Road in Wheaton. The two-story, brick and reflective glass professional building features elevator service and a glass atrium.
