Landmark Partners’ property management tier was awarded the management of 2385 Bowes Road in Elgin, Illinois. This newly built office building is the third property assigned to Landmark at Bowes Commons, a mixed-use office and retail development located just off the busy and sought-after Randall Road corridor in the Chicago suburb of Elgin.
