Landmark Group Companies has signed a long-term lease to build and develop a $40 million 250,000-square-foot interiors production facility for Faurecia, an automotive technology company.
The building is being developed in the Kansas City metropolitan area of Blue Springs, Missouri, and will create 300 new jobs and more than 100 construction jobs.
LandMark Construction, a division of Landmark Group Companies, will proivde the design and construction of the facility, which will sit on 25 acres of land adjacent to NE 20th Street on the north side of Interstate-70.
